My name is Messenger, and I come to bring you good news—words of hope, truth, and faith.
You may have heard this message before at some point in your life, perhaps in a moment of reflection or hardship. But maybe it didn’t catch your full attention then. Maybe its meaning was unclear. Though none of this is new, it is timeless. These truths have been shared for generations—across decades and centuries. And now, I invite you to remember a story:
"The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the LORD God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.” (Genesis 2:15-17)
Most of us know this story. But few truly understand its deep meaning and relevance to our lives today. We are often so consumed with our own concerns and daily routines that we fail to see the bigger picture of what’s happening in the world around us.
Evil, pain, and spiritual blindness are growing around us—and sadly, we’ve begun to see it all as normal. Wickedness has become so common that we shrug it off, as if it doesn’t concern us. Meanwhile, people are suffocating under the weight of ambition, pride, and desire. In trying to prove themselves to the world, many have grown distant from what truly matters—God. As a result, they feel increasingly empty, anxious, lost, and alone.
People chase control over their own lives, placing their hope in beauty, wealth, fame, and status. But in doing so, they often find themselves trapped in despair, hollow inside, disconnected from the One who created them. God knows what is best for us, but many ignore Him, thinking they know better.
What some choose not to believe—or simply don’t know—is that evil is real. A spiritual enemy has been present since the beginning of time. You may not know its full story, but Scripture makes it clear:
"How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations! You said in your heart, “I will ascend to the heavens; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of Mount Zaphon. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.” But you are brought down to the realm of the dead, to the depths of the pit." (Isaiah 14:12-15)
This enemy walks among us—not physically, but spiritually—studying our desires, weaknesses, and dreams. It cannot read minds, but it can influence thoughts, twist truths, and deceive hearts. One of its greatest lies is convincing people it doesn’t exist—so it can work freely, unnoticed.
But here’s the truth: this enemy has already been defeated. Jesus Christ overcame it through His death on the cross. So why are so many still suffering?
Because many still believe its lies—just as Eve once did in the Garden. But you and I have a choice. We can reject those lies and live in the truth of God's word.
When humanity chose disobedience, we lost our direct communion with God. Sin entered the world, and with it came separation from our Creator. But God never stopped loving us and He had planned since beginning to offer a chance to restore this communion with mankind.
"Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them." (Genesis 1:26-27)
Throughout history, God has reached out to us time and again. But humanity has drifted further away—growing more disobedient, more rebellious, more distant.
And still, God’s love endured.
He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to live among us, to suffer as we do, to face temptation, to teach truth, and to offer a path back to God. Jesus lived, loved, healed, and then died on the cross—paying the price for our sins—so that those who believe in Him may be saved.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil." (John 3:13-19)
The sacrifice of Jesus restored the broken relationship between God and humanity. Not because we became perfect, but because we are forgiven. Through repentance and faith in Jesus, we are cleansed and brought back into God’s presence.
We are all sinners. But through Christ, there is redemption.
Too many forget about God. They know He exists. They might even believe He is all-powerful. But they don’t speak to Him. They don’t seek Him. They don’t thank Him. They’ve grown too busy, too distracted, or too wounded.
But God is still waiting. He is still calling. He is still full of love, mercy, and truth.
Above all things, Lord God is love, patience, and good, but He is also fair and faithful. He is waiting for men and women to recognize the sacrifice of His Son for us and give us peace and salvation.
"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him.” Philip said, “Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us.” Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the works themselves." (John 14:6-11)
Jesus is the truth that heals our hearts, restores our souls, and gives peace beyond understanding. Open your heart to Him. Talk to Him. He is listening. He is near. And He is waiting for you.
