"The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life." (Revelation 22:17)

The Bible says that the last days on this Earth will be similar to the days of Noah. Have you ever thought about this?

"For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man." (Matthew 24:37-39)

Some may dare to say that this has been talked about for a long time, but the Bible also says that in those days there would be mockery about it.

"that you should remember the predictions of the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior through your apostles, knowing this first of all, that scoffers will come in the last days with scoffing, following their own sinful desires. They will say, “Where is the promise of his coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all things are continuing as they were from the beginning of creation.”" (2 Peter 3:2-4)

Don’t be deceived by the lies and deceit of this world. Many claim that salvation is everywhere or that it can be found in whatever you believe, but be careful not to be misled, because the Bible also says:

"The Holy Spirit tells us in plain words that in the last days some people will turn away from the faith. They will listen to what is said about spirits and follow the teaching about demons. Those who teach this tell it as the truth when they know it is a lie. They do it so much that their own hearts no longer say it is wrong." (1 Timothy 4:2)

"preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths." (2 Timothy 4:2-4)

Jesus is at the door of our hearts, knocking and waiting for us to open our hearts to Him so we can be saved and transformed by His love and power. The dispensation of Grace is nearing its end, and the Bible tells us that the last days are upon us, though most people do not recognize the times and seasons.

Jesus is searching for those who want to know Him and have a relationship with Him and the Father. This is why He came in the flesh to this Earth—to live among us, to teach us, and to die for our sins—so that we could be restored to the Father’s love once we accept His invitation and believe in Him and in His sacrifice for us.

Jesus Christ is our only salvation. That’s why His invitation is offered to everyone. No one can earn this gift through deeds or good works. Salvation is free—given by grace and received through faith in the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross.

So everyone may accept this gift from God. No one can obtain it through another person’s faith, works, religion, or merit. Salvation is a gift from God so that our relationship with the Father can be restored—the relationship that was lost when sin entered the world. God gave His only Son to pay the price for our sins and to die in our place, so that everyone who believes in Him and accepts Him can be saved.

Jesus is waiting at the door of your heart and knocking. You may be so distracted by the things of this life that you don’t hear Him—or perhaps you do feel that gentle nudge in your heart telling you something needs to change, that something is missing. If you feel a void or an emptiness inside and you don’t know why, that emptiness is exactly what Jesus wants to fill with His love, His peace, and His presence. That void is the exact size of God’s love—something every person needs.

Make this decision for your life. Invite Jesus into your heart and tell Him that you want Him to be your Lord and personal Savior. Confess that you believe He is the Son of God, that He died on the cross, and that God raised Him on the third day. He is at the door, waiting for you to make this choice.

It’s just you and Him, salvation is personal. You simply need to be willing to accept Him, to confess these truths with your mouth, and to invite Him into your life. Even if you think, “I already know all of this…,” it is important to acknowledge and confess it, because the Bible says:

“For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” (Romans 10:10)

Allow Jesus to come into your life. Invite Him, so you may be saved and transformed.

Jesus is coming back soon!

In the mighty name of Jesus, amen!
