Bible Verse

“Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food, the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation.”

Habakkuk 3:17-18 ESV

This verse is so simple but profound and requires reflection on our faith and how much we put our trust in God.

If we say that we believe in God, we need to learn to trust Him.

If we say that we have God in our lives, then we need to let ourselves be guided by Him.

Faith in God cannot only be spoken, but also lived.

Faith is not an emotion, faith is a decision, a choice, a conviction.

Lord God, increase faith in our hearts, we want to give our lives in Your hands and truly trust You. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
