Born Again

Have you thought about your life?

Have you pondered in your mind what your purpose is and why you are here?

Have you ever thought about the cycles of life and how they are brief and so vain and momentary?

After you open your eyes, the clock of your life starts ticking, but it actually starts long before that... Since your substance is not yet formed inside your mother, you are already there, so your existence begins.

But... what about after all these things?

Have you thought about all these things?

Have you ever thought about after this life?

We are spirit, living within a soul and dwelling in a body made of flesh.

Our flesh feeds our soul where all our senses and desires are.

But our spirit is dead within us, did you know that?

Because sin entered the world through Adam and Eve, now the root of sin is within us like an infectious virus, and sin has killed our spirit, so we are separated from God, for God is spirit and He is Holy.

Did you know that you can revive your spirit and return to the presence of God?

Yes, when men sinned, God planned a way to bring us back to Him.

But, this requires that we turn a page in our lives and choose to be born again in the spirit and avoid sin, so we are not contaminated again.

God sent His only begotten Son to die for us, because only pure, sinless blood could cleanse us from the deadly virus of sin.

Because in the Garden, the innocent blood of an animal was shed to cover man's sin.

So, it was necessary for the innocent blood of a Man to be shed to heal and cleanse us from the virus of sin.

But it is necessary for the human being to choose.

Just as Adam and Eve chose to disobey God and listen to the Serpent's (enemy) lie, now man needs to make the same choice and return to God.

The world is tempting because our spirit is dead and our body is ruled by our soul that only wants to satisfy its pleasures.

There is an evil in this world and he just wants to deceive, seduce, destroy and kill since he was expelled from the presence of God because of his ambition, vanity and greed, he doesn't want anyone to make a covenant with God. So he manipulates people to follow their own desire and selfishness, he manipulates people so they don't need anybody, so they can be their "own gods".

This is all lies and deception.

Open your eyes and look around, the world is becoming even more evil, corrupt and corrupted.

Let Jesus bring you back into God's arm.

All you need to do is talk to Him, open your heart and mouth and call on His name, ask Him to save you from this world and forgive your sins and invite Him to live in your heart.

He died for you even before you were born, because he already knew that we would all need him even more now.

“Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” Nicodemus said to him, “How can these things be?” Jesus answered him, “Are you the teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things? Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak of what we know, and bear witness to what we have seen, but you do not receive our testimony. If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how can you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended into heaven except he who descended from heaven, the Son of Man. And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in him may have eternal life.” John 3:1-15 ESV
