Those who have ears, hear and those who have eyes, see, because the facts and evidences that the Bible has prophesied to us about Jesus' return have never been so clear and real. Signs in sky, on earth and under the earth. And so that there is no doubt, this prophecy is quoted in the Bible more than 1845 times, that Jesus will return to rescue those who acknowledged Him as Lord and Savior, who accepted Him in their lives and gave their hearts to Him. Jesus left instructions and signs for his followers to watch and pray.
God loved the world so much that He gave His only Son to everyone who believes in Him not to be lost, but to have eternal life. It is not the will of God that people suffer and get lost. But it is necessary for people to make the decision to accept salvation given through Jesus' sacrifice. This has been God's plan since man disobeyed God in Eden for having heard the lie of the serpent being used by the enemy.
Look around, see the world, the people. All of this was said in the Bible to happen. Remember Noah's story? Noah warned people to repent because the flood would come, but no one believed it. They were so blinded by their sins, pleasures and selfishness that they did not heed what Noe announced.
“But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father only. For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. Two women will be grinding at the mill; one will be taken and one left. Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming.” Matthew 24:36-42 ESV This event will have a worldwide impact and everyone will see and realize, even though lies will be created by governments to hide that fact, but the truth will be known to those who stayed behind, because they refused the truth.
We must first seek God, pray for Jesus and ask for help. He knows that we are flawed and weak and He can help us make this decision. We just need to take the first step and He will be with us, inside our hearts to give us strength.
“But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people.” 2 Timothy 3:1-2, 4-5 ESV
The world and the planet are in pain and even this has been prophesied in the Bible. Do not allow everyday things to close your eyes to the truth, because this is what the enemy wants, for people to be blind to reality and perish.
“And Jesus answered them, “See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains. “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name’s sake. And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one another. And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.”
Matthew 24:4-11 ESV
Look at the news. It is everywhere, the signs are multiplying, we just need to open our eyes to the Word of God and see.
“For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now.” Romans 8:22 ESV
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,” Luke 21:25 ESV
It is with love and fear that these words are written, for those who love God and Jesus want other people to have the same experience of peace, love, providence and security and, above all, salvation. Because this was Jesus' commandment and because we know the truth and have had the experience of knowing God in our hearts, we want everyone to have the same experience. As we have faith and conviction in the words of God and trust in the miracles that we live in our lives every day, we know that people can be happy if they simply believe and are willing to open their hearts to God to do the same in their lives.
The truth about Jesus' return reveals that there will be a period of great tribulation in which the anti-Christ will rise to destroy all that represents goodness and God, which is why he is called man of lawlessness.
“Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to him, we ask you, brothers, not to be quickly shaken in mind or alarmed, either by a spirit or a spoken word, or a letter seeming to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will kill with the breath of his mouth and bring to nothing by the appearance of his coming. The coming of the lawless one is by the activity of Satan with all power and false signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.”
2 Thessalonians 2:1-10 ESV
So, dear ones, stay tuned and prepared so that you are not caught off guard. Jesus came to save everyone who accepts him, no matter how sick, dirty, sinful, but if you humbly search for Him, call by His name, recognize Him as Son of God, He will hear you:
"Lord Jesus, forgive my sins, purify and change my heart. I know that You came and died for me on that cross so that I may be saved. Then, save me Jesus, come and dwell in my heart and change my life, help me! In Your name I pray."
“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.”
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 ESV
Amen!
