Talk with the Father

My Father, my God, I’m here. I want to have a relationship with You. I want to know and understand Your heart and Your dreams. Father, You can change my life and my heart. Do Your will in me and in all my ways.

Father, I’m trying every day to avoid bad thoughts and anxiety. Lord, teach me to place my doubts and worries in Your hands. I know You are good, Almighty God, and I do not doubt that You can bless me. I want to learn to wait and to have unshakable faith.

I am still confused, Lord; sometimes I don’t know how to act. Forgive me when I do things wrong, when I change my mind, or disobey. Father, I want to grow in faith. I don’t want to displease Your heart or be stubborn, disobedient, or blinded by my own will. Help me stand firm in my faith.

Teach me, Lord. Teach me, Lord Jesus. I don’t know what’s best for my life, but I trust that You do, my Lord. My life is in Your hands—do Your will, because I trust You and I love You, my Lord.

I’m here, Dad. Talk to me.
